Due to the hand made organic nature of our product, slight variations in tone and imperfections are expected and embraced as a mark of the artisan. Each rug is hand made, meaning no two are the same. Irregularities are characteristic of the design and process, and are considered a feature of the product. The best way to keep your jute rug clean is to vacuum regularly so that dirt and dust doesn’t build up and rub into the fibres. Treat spots and spills immediately with warm water and pat dry with a clean cloth or paper towel.
