Emporium on James wants your online shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. To ensure a seamless transaction we have compiled the following information.

We ship from our store located in Burleigh on a daily basis. Orders placed by 10am will be packed and sent that day, anything ordered after 10am will be sent the following day (except weekends and public holidays). When your order is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow your parcel online.
Products delivery times are provided as an estimate only. Emporium on James can not be held liable for any delay in delivery. We will make all efforts to work with couriers and freight companies to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner however, some delays are out of our control. Delays in delivery times do not constitute a reason for a credit/refund/return.
If you have special instructions for your delivery, please note these at the time of your order. For example, if your order can be left in a safe place.

Returns and Exchanges
Products may be exchanged for an equal valued item/store credit for goods returned to our store within 14 days, proof of purchase required. Goods are to be returned with original packaging, with tags/labels still attached. Specially ordered in item such as artwork or furniture cannot be returned.
We do not offer a refund except on faulty goods. In some instances, we will need to check directly with the manufacturer to ensure that we meet their requirements.
For all online returns, the cost of the postage should be met by the purchaser and will not be refunded.
No exchange or refund on ear rings available in the interest of hygiene.
