Nationwide, excluding furniture and other large items
We offer Free Shipping on orders above $100. Orders below $100 are shipped at a flat rate of $18.95.
QLD, NSW, ACT & VIC
Orders containing furniture and other large items are shipped at a flat rate of $280
NT, SA, TAS & WA
Orders containing furniture and other large items are shipped at a flat rate of $550

Shipping Terms

Processing orders
All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. The quantity of each item is listed, however if you need more than what is listed please reach out, we sometimes have more than what is listed online.
Your order will be packed on the day we receive it & shipped within 24 business hours. Our couriers collect daily Monday – Friday
Pre-order items are currently on their way. This means we have them on order with our supplier and have a confirmed date that they will be arriving. However worldwide delays can mean that some times we experience delays. We endeavor to keep these arrival dates as accurate as possible and will update when we received changes from our suppliers.

Returns & refunds
Every care is taken in photographing our products and providing an accurate description. If you need additional information/images on any of our products please reach out. We are happy to help with more information so that you make your purchase with confidence. Note that colours on some of our pieces can vary from the image online and others are handmade and will have imperfections which are not faults.
All best efforts are made to ensure your treasures arrive safely. In the event that your goods are damaged in transit please email us at store@emporiumonjames.com.au with photos of the broken item, any damage to the box, shipping label, and how the goods were packaged. We will replace the item, we just need the images to give to our freight carrier. In the event that this item is out of stock we will either refund or send a replacement as soon as it is available again.
We do not refund for change of mind, we will issue a credit note for use either in store or online. Freight for a return for credit is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure that if you do return an item that you package it well as if it arrives back to us broken we cannot issue a credit note.
